Our family moved to Raleigh, NC from Kansas City in 2012, and as soon as we were unpacked enough to find our swimsuits and flip flops we headed to Topsail Island for the first time. We promptly fell in love with the area, the beaches and the people, and have been spending as much time as possible on the island ever since! In 2019, we were incredibly fortunate to find and purchase our first property in Surf City. We were able to get both sides of the duplex, and it is a very special home. People love the proximity to Surf City while being right on the beach, just steps to the water. The hot tub makes the beach fun year-round, and the floor plan makes the most of the stunning ocean views. It works wonderfully for larger groups, as they can rent both sides. We purchased the North Topsail property in 2021, and my daughter and I spent months going over every room to make it updated, bright and perfect. We love that property for the quieter beach as well as being about halfway between North Topsail and Surf City - almost everything is a quick ten minute drive away.

As a family-owned business, we manage our short-term rentals personally. When you book directly through our website, you are dealing directly with us, the owners - not a large management company or third-party booking platform. If you have a question you'll be asking our onsite host or me personally, not someone in a call center in another state. We care deeply about every guest's experience and take pride in providing welcoming, comfortable stays filled with thoughtful details. This is reflected by nearly a thousand five star reviews between our three properties on Airbnb and Vrbo.
